Caroline Lawson, CPT
Caroline Lawson is the owner and President of Condor Five Golf and its sister company, Buffalo MultiFit. A Certified Personal Trainer and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)–certified golf fitness professional, Caroline has spent nearly two decades helping people move better, perform stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
Since entering the fitness industry in 2006, Caroline has specialized in sports performance, pre-natal fitness, and life coaching, working with athletes of all levels. She has competed multiple times in the USA Triathlon National Championships and earned national rankings as a triathlete — experience that shapes her practical, results-driven approach to training.
As her work with golfers grew through TPI coaching, so did her vision. Condor Five Golf was born as a natural extension of that community — a rare, thoughtfully designed space where golf performance meets great food, drinks, and connection. It’s a place that reflects Caroline’s belief that training hard and enjoying life don’t have to be separate pursuits.
Justin Young, PGA
Justin Young is a PGA Associate and golf instructor based in Western New York, currently serving as an Assistant Golf Professional at Wanakah Country Club. He works with players of all skill levels, focusing on building clear, repeatable swing patterns and structured improvement plans that carry from practice to the course.
With a background in chemistry and physics, Justin takes a systematic approach to coaching—breaking down complex movement patterns into simple, actionable priorities. His goal is to provide players with clarity in both their swing and their practice, helping them make measurable progress over time.
He also emphasizes the connection between physical capability and swing mechanics, and when appropriate collaborates with local fitness professionals, including TPI-certified trainer Carrie Lawson of Buffalo MultiFit, to support a more complete and individualized approach to player development.
Justin offers private instruction, video analysis, and personalized practice planning, with an emphasis on communication and feedback between sessions to support long-term improvement.
Adam Ming, PGA
Adam is a Buffalo transplant who spent six years as a Pro at Wanakah Country Club and is the new Pro at Tri-County Country Club. With more than a decade of coaching experience, he’s excited to bring his elevated instruction to Condor Five Golf. Whether you’re brand-new to the game or a high-level competitor, Adam is ready to help with coaching tailored to your needs. Backed by certifications in TPI Golf Mechanics 2, Junior Coach 2, and Power Coach 2, he creates customized development plans built around your goals and strengths.
