Caroline Lawson, CPT

Caroline Lawson is the owner and President of Condor Five Golf and its sister company, Buffalo MultiFit. A Certified Personal Trainer and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)–certified golf fitness professional, Caroline has spent nearly two decades helping people move better, perform stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.

Since entering the fitness industry in 2006, Caroline has specialized in sports performance, pre-natal fitness, and life coaching, working with athletes of all levels. She has competed multiple times in the USA Triathlon National Championships and earned national rankings as a triathlete — experience that shapes her practical, results-driven approach to training.

As her work with golfers grew through TPI coaching, so did her vision. Condor Five Golf was born as a natural extension of that community — a rare, thoughtfully designed space where golf performance meets great food, drinks, and connection. It’s a place that reflects Caroline’s belief that training hard and enjoying life don’t have to be separate pursuits.

Adam is a Buffalo transplant who spent six years as a Pro at Wanakah Country Club. With more than a decade of coaching experience, he’s excited to bring his elevated instruction to Condor Five Golf. Whether you’re brand-new to the game or a high-level competitor, Adam is ready to help with coaching tailored to your needs. Backed by certifications in TPI Golf Mechanics 2, Junior Coach 2, and Power Coach 2, he creates customized development plans built around your goals and strengths.

His specialized coaching includes:
